As the holiday season approaches, our school is gearing up for a festive and heartwarming event that promises to bring the spirit of Christmas to life. On Thursday, November 23rd, from 4:45 to 6:00 pm, we invite students, parents, and the community to join us for an enchanting evening of praise, music, and merriment.
Held in the William Clarke College amphitheatre, Carols is an opportunity for us to come together and express gratitude for the joyous season ahead. It’s not just about celebrating the festivities; it’s a time to reflect, appreciate, and offer thanks to God and Jesus for the blessings we have received throughout the year.
The event will kick off at 4:45 pm with the amphitheatre set to come alive with the sounds of angelic voices as our choir and bands leads the congregation in timeless Christmas carols. From classics like “Joy to the World” to joyous tunes like “Born is the King” the melodies will resonate with the true meaning of Christmas.
But Carols isn’t just about singing—there’s room for celebration and expression in the form of dance. A selected team of dancers will take the stage, infusing energy and movement into the evening. Expect a spectacle of colours and rhythms as students showcase their creativity and passion through dance performances in association with the bands.
The amphitheatre won’t just be a stage for performances; it will be a hub of activity. Throughout the event, attendees can participate in interactive activities that emphasize the spirit of Christmas and the good news of Jesus’ birth.
So, mark your calendars for Thursday, November 23rd, and join us in the amphitheatre for an evening of praise, music, dance, and community spirit. Let’s come together to celebrate the true essence of Christmas and make lasting memories that will carry us through the holiday season and beyond
