Acai Bowls

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 banana preferably frozen
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 150 g frozen acai puree (about 1 cup, or 1 tbsp acai powder)
TOPPINGS
- 1/4 cup strawberries chopped
- 1 banana chopped
- 1/4 cup granola
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Toss banana, mixed berries, apple juice, and frozen acai puree into blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Scoop into bowls and top with your favourite ingredients. I used fresh strawberries and bananas, granola and coconut flakes to sprinkle, and a spoonful of peanut butter.
